Well guys,

Here’s my first blog post EVER!

I figured I start the first one by letting you know the purpose for this blog.  I hope to use this as a medium to communicate with everyone who is interested in their health, fitness & personal training.

I’ll be submitting posts that offer direction and information.  The topics covered will vary and heavily depend on your posts and requests.
