Damien Woodson

Damien is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer with 14 years of experience. He worked for Sport and Health as a trainer and Fitness Director for 5 years. Damien began playing little league football at age 10 and later picked up track and basketball in high school. He went on to play college football and basketball. Between seasons he coached youth basketball clinics for Lorenzo Romar at Pepperdine College, Magic Johnson and Byron Scott.

Damien has founded 2 personal training companies and acted as a founding consultant for the local boot camp franchise known as Active Duty Fitness for Women.

He’s a real people person and likes to teach and motivate his clients to live balanced healthy lives!

Rosa Angelova

Rosa loves working with people to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Seven years ago she decided to switch careers from environmental consulting to nutrition with the goal of doing precisely this kind of work. With her ivy-league academic background, fitness instruction experience and long-standing dedication to health promotion, there’s no doubt that she’s a great addition to our team of personal trainers.

Rosa is a doctorate-level expert in nutritional and health science with post-doctoral training in health science education, and a BS and MS in environmental and biomedical science. These qualifications enable her to provide the highest possible quality of nutrition and health advice for a variety of clients. Rosa is also a NASM certified personal trainer.

Claire Magenheimer

Claire loves coaching and training people to help them achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier and happier lifestyle. Her passion for fitness resulted from her own personal journey overcoming diabetes through weight training, kickboxing, staying active and by maintaining a clean and healthy diet.

Her background in customer service, sales, and counseling makes her great at connecting with people and allows her to truly understand the best approach when training them. She finds it extremely rewarding to be able to help them progress towards their fitness goals and make a positive difference in their lives.

Claire is certified through AAAI/ISMA and is currently studying nutrition. She creates customized meal plans and teaches people how to cook healthy and delicious meals. She is currently training for her first fitness competition this spring.

Laura Eilers Clark

Laura has been an NASM certified personal trainer since 2009 and has worked in various training capacities including Fitness Together, private health clubs and in-home training. Her clients have included professional female athletes, children, the elderly, married couples and the heavily obese. She was a 6-year NFL cheerleader and considers herself a lifelong "cheerleader for fitness" - loves motivating others and helping them understand the correct ways to be healthy through diet, fitness and general well being. She has been teaching classes in kickboxing, strength, boot camps, and dance for many years.
