Damien Woodson, a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, is the founder and President of The Personal Training Company (PTC).

He started his career in West Hollywood, CA at the Fitness Warehouse training entertainment industry celebrities including the entourage of Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs, R&B music star Tevin Campbell and members of Fleetwood Mac.

In 2002 Damien created the PTC with the sole purpose of taking fitness to the client. The PTC takes a comprehensive approach to fitness by addressing all areas related to fitness and well being. Damien’s vision is to educate and inspire his clients to healthy and productive lifestyles.

Recognizing the strong demand for women’s fitness programs, Damien created Basic Training for Women to meet the need for education on proper training techniques and a balanced approach to regular workouts.

As a result of the success of Basic Training for Women, Damien was asked to join forces with the largest personal training studio in DC, One-to-One Fitness, to help launch the regional training program known as Active Duty Fitness for Women. His Arlington site is the most successful women’s group training program in the area today.

In 1998 Damien began training clients in the DC Metro area at the Sport & Health Club in Crystal City (Arlington, VA). In just two months he became the Top Personal Trainer at the club serving more clients monthly than any single trainer. In 1999 he was promoted to Fitness Director, a position that allowed him to mentor new fitness professionals.

Damien rededicated his life to Christ in the spring of 1998. He has a passion to build up “God’s Body”.
